An energizing quick uplift for the cardiovascular system! (And a great intro to the idea of interval training). Mini MIIT is 30-ish minutes with a 15 minute warm up/mini work out including spinal rotation, glutes, hips and abs, followed by a 9 minute interval set. Also a bit of spinal extension work for our zoom gloom posture. Light weights (5 or under) are optional but not at all necessary.
