Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-oriented therapeutic model that addresses the health and balance of the nervous system. It can help you process difficult emotions and give you tools for regulating your nervous system on the daily. More details on the SE page. Booking/purchasing from this page is a single session. There is currently a discounted rate package for 3 sessions. However I want this to be accessible to all who need it so please reach out via the contact form if you want options for sliding scale.

One hour GYROTONIC®️ or GYROKINESIS®️ exercise sessions at my Manhattan location, 41 Union Square West. Periodically I will host a group class by request. All sessions have a 24 hr cancellation policy.

Open to all levels, this (live!) online class explores the many ways we can articulate the spine and move intelligently and fluidly to build both strength and mobility. In addition to seated work, we get down to the mat and end standing. Side effects include: improved posture, increased breath capacity, strong and supple muscles, and a balanced nervous system. Your body will thank you. Recordings are available for up to 3 days after class. If you are signed up and don't show live, recordings are sent automatically.

The perfect remedy for too much time on the computer and phone! This (live!) online class focuses on the mid spine, chest, and arms and takes place seated and standing. We'll do full-body movements with a focus on opening the ribs, side body, and upper chest. This format is heart opening and creates space for deeper breathing, and decreases shoulder and neck tension. Recordings are available for up to 3 days after class.
